Clients often tell me, “You said the thing I’ve never admitted out loud.” That’s because I’m not here to teach you who to become — I’m here to reflect who you’ve always been. I am the mirror that doesn’t flinch. In our work together, I reflect your patterns, your power, and the parts of you you’ve hidden, not to judge them, but to return them. I see your blind spots so you can finally see yourself — not through the lens of survival, but through the truth of your brilliance. I’m a former military strategist turned trauma-informed, soul-led transformation coach for high performers and recovering survivors of narcissistic abuse.

With a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution and over 13 years of service with the U.S. Army — including deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan — I’ve lived at the crossroads of global conflict, identity reconstruction, and resilience. I've advised world leaders in over 80 countries, served as an intelligence analyst and linguist, and developed a deep understanding of human behavior, power dynamics, and sovereignty.

But my greatest mission began after surviving a narcissistic relationship that shattered every illusion I had about strength and success.

I turned my own healing into a methodology that’s now helped thousands. My coaching approach — through The Manifold Mind — combines nervous system regulation, somatic work, NLP, and trauma-informed strategy to create a full identity recalibration at the cellular level. This is the work behind my signature offers like The Narcissistic Detox Intensive (FOUNDATION), EXPANSION, and ASCENSION.

I'm a certified life coach, NLP practitioner, EFT facilitator, and somatic trauma-informed guide. I built my own 7-figure business from scratch — not just as a business win, but as a living embodiment of the transformation I now help my clients claim.

Outside of coaching, you can find me at the gym, experimenting with recipes in my kitchen, working in my garden or making memories with my family. Above all, I live to see King Jesus have His full reward in my life.
